God has called Westside: A Jesus Church to invest in the development of people for His kingdom.

Train – We build a deep understanding of the Bible, so you can explore your identity and calling in God’s story. We mentor and apprentice you to develop the character and skills for what Jesus is calling you to

Mobilize – We develop knowledge, heart, skills and experience to enable you to launch out into your calling passionately and effectively

Next Generation – The Church is ever-changing as it adapts to the culture it reaches. The emerging generation plays an exciting role in this challenge as they become the kingdom's new leaders and disciple-makers

Kingdom – Our identity is the people of God on the mission of God. We want you to discover how you fit into the story of God, to bring restoration and blessing to Earth as Jesus establishes His Kingdom

Leaders – God invited us to participate in the gospel story – disciples are not mere spectators. We develop people who want to follow Jesus’ lead and bring gospel influence to others as a Kingdom leader, wherever they go

We are looking for students who want to lay a foundation for life in the Bible and theology, are developing their awareness of their calling and gifts, and want to orient themselves around Jesus and his mission ready for the next chapter of their lives.

In our program you earn an accredited degree in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Ministry Leadership alongside intensive life-on-life mentoring, and apprenticing in ministry skills. We cultivate people who know the Bible, God, and the story they are part of; who understand theology, know what they believe, and are ready to engage culture; who have developed a mature life, filled with the Spirit, and following hard after Jesus; and who are equipped with the ministry skills to take the gospel to others, make disciples, and use their gifts to serve their church and further the Kingdom. You do this as part of an amazing community of students, integrated into the staff family of the church.
